3. Solution customized
The solution will be described as a PDF file by our sales and sent to you. The product specification, control system, offer, package, spare part list, payment term, and shipping cost will be included.
4. Technical support
Translumens LED has developed a strong powerful engineer team for any of your requirement, including PCB, cabinet, electronics, production, BOM, QC and picture processing, to make sure you can get the full service support from Translumens LED. The engineering team ensure the availability for the special project and request.

5. Two years warranty
